Question 2

Do you require a deposit to reserve a date?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a deposit equating to 25% of the total fee must be made once the contract is signed. This ensures reservation of date and services.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Accepted Answer

If you must reschedule or cancel the photo shoot, you must inform the photographer 24 hours BEFORE the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of services and retention of the deposit fee.

What’s included in your photography packages?

Accepted Answer

Each package includes a set quantity of digital images, curated and edited. If desired, the photographer can provide printed versions for an additional cost.

Are travel fees included in your rates?

Accepted Answer

Travel fees are calculated based on location of the shoot and proximity to the photographer's location (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA). Travel fees are waived if the total mileage is within 50 miles. If the event exceeds the 50 mile cap, the travel fee is $0.25/mile.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session should last 2 hours. This allows for location and wardrobe changes, in addition to any other setup. While there may be variations, it is recommended to keep all session at a minimum of 2 hours.

How should I prepare for my photo session?

Accepted Answer

Come prepared with everything you want for your session. Bring the wardrobe you wish to wear, any props you want to use, and designated spots you want to capture. If you have a pose you want to try, let the photographer know and they will accommodate as much as possible. But most importantly, come ready to have a great time!

Can I bring family/friends/pets to my session?

Yes, you may! However, they may not participate in the photo shoot itself unless they are part of the service you booked.

Question 9

Do you own the copyright to the images? Can I print them myself?

Accepted Answer

All photographs are owned by the photographer. All photos delivered to clients are licensed for personal use only. Client may print physical copies and post on socials/websites (strongly recommend attributing the photographer in this case), but may not sell photos without express consent.

The photographer may use photos for advertisement, social posts, and/or throughout their website. Photographer will not sell photos to third parties without the client's express written consent. Clients may request privacy for certain imagery.
